Meet Leo

Leo has been at the Rescue for way too long. He has now spent six Christmas holidays here, including this one in 2025. Leo is really a great dog and good boy.

He is a Pit Bull Terrier and would be a great companion for an adult household. Leo is VERY lovable (lap dog), loves to run and play, is strong and energetic, so he probably wouldn’t be good with small children.

He weighs 66 lbs, knows basic commands, loves to go on walks and is great on a leash. Leo needs to be the only pet, as he does not get along with other dogs or cats, will require a fenced in yard, with at least a 6 ft fence – he’s a jumper! His birthday is 9/30/18.
