The Food Pantry

We recognize the need in our community to have provisions to pet food, supplies, and necessities, especially when times are hard. This program is designed to assist families facing temporary hardships or those in need of a little extra help between paychecks. The Food Pantry serves as The Bridge Home’s community outreach program to assist those who are in need get the support for their beloved animals.

For Those in Need of Assistance

Email contact@bridgehome.org with the following information:

  • Subject Line: Food Pantry Assistance Needed
  • Include in the Email:
    • Your Name
    • Best Phone Number
    • Names/Species/Ages of Pets in need
    • Any special needs (i.e. dietary restrictions/allergies, etc.)
  • Once we receive your outreach, we will arrange a pick up time for you to get your pantry supplies.

Donate to the Food Pantry

Support the Food Pantry through one of these ways:

  • Donate food/toys/supplies directly to The Bridge Home; drop off during regular operating hours. Food must be unopened. Toys/Supplies should be new or unused.
  • Make a monetary donation
  • Consider doing a neighborhood or group collection of goods

2025 Food Pantry Impact

Our first year was a great success! We were able to provide over 100 families with much needed help for their animals. Here is a breakdown:

  • Total pet food orders filled: 151
  • Total number of dogs fed: 428
  • Total number of cats fed: 561
  • Dry dog food given: 4,364 pounds
  • Dry cat food given: 2,333 pounds
  • TOTAL DRY FOOD: 6,697 pounds
  • Canned dog food: 1,448 cans
  • Canned cat food: 1,370 cans
  • TOTAL CANNED FOOD: 2,818 cans
