Ways to Give
As a private nonprofit organization, we exist solely on donations from the community. We receive no support from any local, regional, or national government sources. The Bridge Home No Kill Animal Rescue is a registered 501c(3) nonprofit charitable organization run by a Board of Directors. All Board members are volunteers for the organization.
Support Online
Make a gift to The Bridge Home that has immediate impact by supporting us online. You can even make your gift go the extra mile by setting up a monthly recurring gift that allows you to multiply your impact.
Planned/Estate Giving
Gifts through your will or living trust are a meaningful way to support us. Often referred to as a a charitable bequest, planning gifts included in your will are a simple and flexible way to ensure you leave a lasting legacy at the rescue. Please contact us at contact@bridgehome.org to let us know that you have made provisions to list The Bridge Home as a beneficiary.

Supplies/Gifts-in-Kind
The rescue is constantly in need of items that help our every day operations (like special cat/dog food, litter, toys, blankets, etc.).
IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution
For donors over age 70 1/2 the Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD) rules allow direct charitable giving from your IRA up to a maximum of $100,000 per person. If you use your IRA to make QCD gifts, they count toward your annual Required Minimum Distribution. The QCD is often the most tax-advantaged way to give for donors in this category.
Donor Advised Funds (DAF)
Use of your charitable Donor Advised Fund gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often your donation is granted to The Bridge Home.

Fundraise With Us
We welcome the public to assist us with fundraising! You can help us live our mission by holding fundraisers to benefit Bridge Home. Examples include supplies drives, car washes, monetary collections at events you attend, yard sales, and partnering with restaurants to collect for Bridge Home. The options are endless and no donation is too small.
If you would like to hold or attend an event to benefit us, we can provide a Fundraising Box that contains a Bridge Home logo tablecloth, brochures, business cards, logo pens, and photos of our animals. We can provide paperwork demonstrating our 501c(3) status as well. Together we can help animals find their forever homes! Please fill out an application to participate.
